We have partnered with PayPal Payments Pro, with a leading payment gateway to accept credit cards safely and securely for our customers.  PayPal Payment Pro manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt per the terms of our Return Policy (see below). Returned products must be in original condition and in the original packaging.

RETURN POLICY We guarantee your satisfaction, and therefore we do accept returns on MOST items. Please note that due to unethical practices of "swapping" items/signatures, there are no returns on any autographed items. 
 
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the shipment date. 
 
Due to the United States Government Department of Health and Human Resources regulations, we are unable to accept returns on used items. 
 
We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. Please make sure to contact customer service BEFORE returning an item to us. Please note that we are unable to issue a credit for any shipping costs associated with the delivery and/or the return of items. In the event that we sent you the wrong item(s), we will pay for all shipping costs associated with the shipment to your location and back to our warehouse.
