Shipping & Order Information
Shipping (US and International)
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process and are based on the weight of the order. To review the shipping charges for your order, place all items in your cart and proceed to checkout. All shipping costs are in US dollars.
Delivery: Our delivery estimate takes into account the time it will take for your order to reach you after it has left our warehouse. See Lead Time for more information.
For delivery within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii:
Delivery Via United States Postal Services (USPS), or United Parcel Service (UPS)/Fedex Ground Services:
Order arrives in 3–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.
UPS/Fedex 2 Business Day Air Service:
Orders are shipped within one day of receipt. There is no weekend service for 2 Business Day delivery option. Because of this, a package that leaves our warehouse on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday morning.
Order arrives within two business days after leaving our warehouse. Two Business Day Air Service is not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Same day shipping is available for most items sent via 2 Business Day Air Service, and must be requested when the order is placed. Same day shipped orders must be received by A&R no later than 10:00 AM CST on the shipping day. Also, please note that orders shipped via 2 Business Day Air Service on Thursday or Friday will be delivered on the following Monday and Tuesday, respectively. Weekend delivery is not available for Second Business Day delivery options.
UPS/Fedex Next Business Day Air:
Orders are shipped within one day of receipt. There is no weekend service for Next Business Day delivery option. Because of this, a package that leaves our warehouse on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday morning.
Order arrives by the end of one business day after leaving our warehouse. Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Same day shipping is available for most items sent via Next Business Day Air Service, and must be requested when the order is placed. Same day shipped orders must be received by A&R no later than 10:00 AM CST on the shipping day. Also, please note that orders shipped via Next Business Day Air Service on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Weekend delivery is not available for Next Business Day delivery option.
For delivery outside the US:
Length of delivery depends on the time required for products to move through your country's customs or import tax system. All shipping costs are in US dollars.
Priority Mail International:
Order arrives in approximately 6-10 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Packages delivered outside the US may incur customs or import taxes. For all international shipments, we identify the order contents and cost of the order on the custom form, and cannot dictate whether your country will charge customs or import tax when the package arrives. The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all customs or import tax, and we cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information.
A&R reserves the right to change shipment carrier in the event the selected carrier's site is experiencing technical issues and cannot process immediately.
We are required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped to Illinois, the state where we currently have business operations, at the mandated Cook County rate of 10%. For orders shipped to Illinois, tax is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal.
If you would like to claim tax-exempt status, you can request that the sales tax charge be removed from your order. Email us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate once your order has been placed. Please include your order number and email the certificate to the Customer Service department email@example.com. After we make the adjustment to the charges on your order, we will send you a confirmation email. In cases where we receive your certificate after the order has been fully processed, we will reimburse you the tax amount.
The lead time is the estimated amount of time it takes for your order to reach our warehouse, before it is shipped to you. Most of our products are in stock and ship within 1-2 days of your order being placed. Lead times increase to 2-3 days during peak shopping seasons.
If your shipment is going outside the US, we cannot account for time spent in your country's customs and postal system.
Unexpected Changes to Availability
We will inform you by email in the event a product has been cancelled or delayed. If only one of the items in your order is cancelled or delayed, you will be notified by email and the remaining items will be shipped on schedule. Credit cards will only be charged for shipped products and shipping charges will be credited according to the cancellation.
If a product in your order is temporarily unavailable, that product is automatically delayed for later shipment and you will be notified. If a product in your order is no longer available, you will be notified and credited.

- Prepaid Company Check, Cashier Check or Money Order
(Note: All prepaid orders will take longer to process because all checks must clear the bank first, including money orders. This is a precaution against fraudulent checks.) No C.O.D. orders, please. International credit cards accepted:
