Rare Game Used 1945 Pennant Flag (the last

If someone were to have been named "Mr. Cub" for the 1940's, that
player would undoubtedly be Phil Cavarretta. He was born on July 19,
1916 in Chicago. While attending Lane Tech High School, Phil
signed with the Cubs and at the age of only 18, made his major
league debut against the Dodgers in Brooklyn. He played for
the Cubs for 20 seasons, a team record. He appeared in the
last Cubs' last 3 World Series and won the National League MVP award
in 1945.

SAMMY SOSA Game Used Bat
A Piece of History!! This is a 34", 32-oz. Rawlings
game bat used by future Hall of Famer and 600 Home Run Club member Sammy
Sosa in 1999. The black"170B" model bat is composed of top-quality white
ash and features "Sammy Sosa" stamped on the barrel in block letters. Both
the batch code ("058") and year code ("99") are stamped on the knob. All
of the manufacturer's markings are deep and well pronounced. The cracked
bat displays heavy game use in the form of ball marks, slight grain
checking along the right handed hitting surface, and pine tar on the handle.
Sosa's customary application of tape (extending over the knob) appears along
the handle. 1999 marked another banner year for Sosa as he recorded over
60 home runs for the second consecutive season.
